Ophthalmic pathology leading to complete loss of vision at a relatively early age. The first clinical signs appear between 7-8 and 20 weeks of age. There is a violation of night vision, in normal daylight, more dilated pupils are noticeable, the tapetum is hyperreflective. Pathological changes are manifested symmetrically. The disease progresses and, as a rule, complete retinal degeneration occurs at the age of one year.
