Hereditary diseases

Description
A progressive neurodegenerative disorder characterized by impaired coordination and balance, often to the point of complete immobility. The first symptoms of the disease appear at the age of 2-6 months and reach a peak, as a rule, by 8-16 months. Affected dogs may also suffer from episodic myokymia (uncontrolled wave-like muscle contraction) and / or seizures.

In contrast to Late cerebellar ataxia (LOA), it has an earlier manifestation.
